Option Chain Analyst — Terms of Service

To use Option Chain Analyst you must be 13 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enrol and transact.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact support@igniterapp.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

When you enrol in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute any course material.

Access to a course continues for as long as it remains active on the Service, unless your access is revoked for a breach of these Terms.

Course prices are shown on the Service in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect a course you have already paid for.

Our separate Refund Policy on this site explains when you can claim a refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

Courses that have already been largely consumed or downloaded may not qualify for a refund, unless the law requires otherwise.

The content and branding on Option Chain Analyst, including videos, notes, mock tests and logos, are the property of Option Chain Analyst or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright laws. No ownership rights pass to you by using the Service.

We provide the Service and its content “as is”, for educational use only. We strive for accuracy and uptime, but Option Chain Analyst cannot promise specific exam outcomes, continuous availability, or completely error-free material.

So far as the law allows, Option Chain Analyst is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Liabilities that Indian law does not permit to be excluded remain unaffected.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the academy ceases operating on the platform.

You agree to use Option Chain Analyst lawfully and respectfully: no piracy or redistribution of content, no attempts to defeat payment or access protections, no unlawful or harmful uploads, and no interference with the Service’s operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund in cases of serious misuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and reflected in the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
